Most practice-management software sold in India wasn't designed around Indian court procedure, the Bar Council's own rules, or the reality of running a small or mid-sized chamber. VakeelMitra starts from that reality — limitation-period tracking, court and CNR references, conflict-of-interest checks against India's own regulatory expectations, and a bar-council-aware verification flow for practitioners who want to show clients they're genuinely on the roll.
Every firm's data is isolated at the database level, never shared across organisations. VakeelMitra is designed for the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP) and built following ISO 27001 security practices, with role-based access control, full audit logging, and encryption for sensitive fields.
VakeelMitra is a software product, not a lawyer-referral or advertising service. Features that could resemble advocate solicitation or advertising — ratings, reviews, or promotional rankings of individual practitioners — are deliberately not part of this platform, in line with the Bar Council of India's rules on advocates and advertising.
